Connect Care Foundation was founded by a passionate team of high school students who recognized that many seniors lacked access to essential resources, technology, and community support. Our mission began as Project CONNECT, a student-led initiative addressing social isolation in senior centers. What started with simple engagement events has grown into a nonprofit focused on expanding resource accessibility for both senior-center residents and independent-living seniors. Today, we work to increase independence, provide practical tools, strengthen digital literacy, and mobilize youth leadership to create sustainable community impact.
